Abstract

Access to quality hematology and oncology care is a fundamental right that should transcend geographical and socio-economic barriers. This poster delves into the vital role of International Medical Graduates (IMG) in addressing disparities in hematology and oncology care access within underserved communities. By leveraging the expertise and unique perspectives of IMG, we can pave the way for equitable and comprehensive care delivery.
